- If someone isn't exactly smiling the way you want, Photoshop makes it surprisingly easy to fix thanks to face-aware liquify. It will automatically find faces, and make it easy to move different pieces around a little bit in a believable manner. I suggest before you run this, you convert the layer for smart filters. Then just choose filter, liquify. It will attempt to find the faces automatically. Now just scroll on down to the mouth section and you'll see additional controls. And we can turn the smile one way or the other, adding a gentle grin. Additionally, while you're here you can refine things like the thickness of the lips, making them thinner or thicker to taste. And since someone is smiling, we can also open up the eyes just a little bit. We'll connect these, and just adjust the eye height a little bit bigger and see the change.
