- Hi, I'm Justin Reznick, and I got started in landscape photography about six years ago. My background has been traveling and hiking. You know, my goal is to travel as much as I can in my lifetime and hike as many great trails as I can. And throughout that time, I would document the scenes. You know, have a point-and-shoot camera. And about six years ago, especially with the coming of digital, I had a good friend of mine say, "You know, you could carry some really nice gear out there "and take better pictures." I said, "Yeah, why not?" I started to do that, and there was a point that I crossed when I created art. Not just documenting, but actual art. And once I realized that I could do that and make the places I visit more interesting, and some cases, even the places themselves, I was hooked. And it's been an obsession ever since.
