Formatting text from the Properties panel
- [Presenter] All right now, I'll show you how to apply a few common formatting attributes from the properties panel. And so notice when the type tool is active, as it still is, I can see a few formatting attributes appear in the horizontal options bar. And so notice that by default, the font is set to Myriad Pro, which is a kind of blocky Sans-serif font. I'm looking for something that's going to be a little more legible. And so I'll click this down pointing arrow head to see a list of all the fonts installed in my system. I just happen to know that I want to work with a font called Minion. And so I'll just go ahead and type in the first few letters. M-I-N-I, and notice at that point, I am seeing the various styles of Minion installed on this system. And if you keep an eye on the text and the background there, you'll see that the text updates as I change styles, the one I'm looking for is this guy right here, Minion…
