- [Instructor] In this chapter we will ensure the image is clean from any restoration evidence and apply our final touches. Let's make sure we've got stained_colour_5_01 open and let's zoom in and have a look at our image and find out what we need to fix. The three things we've got left to sort out are a small damage patch between the two heads, some yellow staining at various points around the image, and a ghost crack across the middle of their chests. What is a ghost crack? A ghost crack is evidence of a patched, cloned, or healed crack that still remains on the image. It's more of a suggestion of where the crack was, the shadow line on one side across and then the highlight on top of that shadow, which still leaves a suggestion of a line or a crack or crease that was once there. So that's something we also need to fix.
