Exporting layers to separate files

- [Narrator] One thing that presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Keynote do extremely well is let you build animations into your slides that help you tell your story. Now thus far, all of the options that we've seen for exporting our images out of Photoshop will create flattened images that no longer have the flexibility of the layers that you've undoubtedly come to love throughout this course. So, how do we bring all of the power of Photoshop layers into a tool such as PowerPoint? Well, the answer is: we export each layer out as it's own independent file and then we can better integrate and animate the various image elements in your presentation software program of choice. Now, to do this, go up to the File menu and select Export and then choose Layers to Files. Now, this looks like a fairly compressed version of our Export-as tool.
