Now with our first slice created, let's duplicate this to create a second slice.…So to do this, let's come over to the toolbar.…Let's click and hold on the Slice tool.…Let's come down and choose the Slice Select tool.…Let's click on the slice to select it.…Hold the Option or Alt key.…You'll see a plus sign show up next to your cursor.…Let's click and drag.…That's going to duplicate that slice. Next, let's double-click this.…Let's name it table.…You'll see the width and the height are still the proper size.…
Let's click OK.…Next in the Layers panel, let's select a clip layer.…Let's hold the Option key.…Let's drag this up to create a second copy of the Clip layer.…Next, I'll press V on the keyboard for the Move tool.…Come over to the canvas.…Let's click and drag that second clip layer so…that it matches the inside of the second slice.…Now that that's in place I'll show you a second way that…you can get a JPEG into a Photoshop file as a Smart Object.…If you switch back to the operating system, let's go into the exercise files.…
