- [Instructor] Let's see how we can create this menu system. Distributing the space between each of the buttons evenly. Here's my starting point. So first of all, I need to align the vertical position of each of the pieces of type. I'll come and expand the group and then select all four items within it. And now come to align bottom edges. And we see this doesn't work, and it doesn't work because two of the buttons have descenders, portfolio and blog. The other two don't. So here's my workaround. I'm going to come to contact, add a G to the end of that. And I'm going to do the same thing for about. I'll now come and select the four items again and we can now align their bottom edges. Of course I now need to just make sure that I delete those extra Gs which have served their purpose. The next thing I want to do is distribute the space between them. I'll select the layers and then come to the layer menu and choose distribute and horizontal centers. Now this would only work if each word…
