- [Instructor] Files that have been edited in Camera Raw display the following badges, Exposure Adjustments and Crop. If you want to reset an image to its original state, you can select the image, right click, and come to Develop Settings and clear those settings. You can also copy and paste settings from one image to another, and when you do so you can choose exactly which settings you want to copy. In this case, I'm going to have them all selected with the exception of Crop, Spot Removal, and Local Adjustments, which are likely only applicable to a specific image. Changes made in Camera Raw are stored in an invisible sidecar XMP file. You can see these files if you come to the View menu and choose Show Hidden Files. There's no particular benefit to doing this except to understand how Camera Raw files work. Changes are stored in these very small data files which travel along with the image files.
