Sorry about that bit of bad news at the end of the previous exercise, every…application though has its limitations, and my opinion is that you're better off…knowing about them, so that you can anticipate how to properly create your own…artwork inside the program.…But to make up for it in this exercise I am going to share with you a…really killer trick that I think you'll find useful in your 3D adventures and otherwise.…I've saved my progress as Nicely scaled rocks.psd.…And all of the rocks share a common material.…So we're going to be able to modify all four rocks at once here.…
First, we're going to add a bump-map, and then we're going to change out the…diffuse texture so that the rocks better match their environment.…And we're going to do so by bringing up the 3D panel of course and then…Twirling+Open any old rock.…So I Twirled+Open rock1Mesh, then click on rocky which is our material.…Then drop down to the Bump option, click that Folder icon, and choose Load Texture.…And navigate your way out of that Roper models folder into the…
