- [Instructor] Photoshop has a variety of filter effects that can be applied to images. You can also use these filters with video layers as long as you convert the video layer into a smart object. In this project we're gonna apply blurring filters to video. So in this file here I have two clips of the river. And I've already done some setup work here. I have already duplicated each clip and I've converted the duplicate into a smart object. So you can tell here by the color coding in the timeline panel, the purple clips are smart objects and the blue ones are just the standard video layers. So, I'm gonna start with the overhead view blurred layer and since it is a smart object I can apply filters to it. So I'm gonna come up to the Filter menu and I'm gonna choose Blur Gallery, Tilt-Shift. And to rotate the Tilt-Shift, I need to click and drag on one of these small little white dots that are on either side of the large center dot. I'm just gonna drag this to apply kind of a diagonal…
