The first graphic we’ll make will tile on the horizontal axis. With the garden light photo open, look for an area where the texture is consistent for a range of about 900 pixels wide and about 320 pixels tall. Using the crop tool, define the crop area, then rotate the canvas to about negative 23 degrees. Next we’ll run the offset filter on the image, and wrap the offset horizontally at a value of approximately one half of the overall canvas width.
