Creating a zoom effect with Pinch: Photoshop: Channels and Masks

Photoshop allows you turn any photograph into a racing zoom effect using one of the oldest filters in Photoshop, Filter > Distort > Pinch. Convert a layer to a smart object, apply Pinch as a smart filter multiple times in a row, and the enlarge the layer to cover up for the corners. Then, rasterize the smart object to simplify the file.
