Now we’ll create a graphic that will tile seamlessly along both the horizontal and vertical axes. With the crop tool, we’ll define an area where the pattern is evenly dispersed. With the image cropped, run the offset filter and apply values to both the horizontal and vertical areas. Next, apply a layer mask and fill it with black. Next, make a selection on the mask, starting from the top left, the entire height and about 200 pixels wide.
