Correcting color balance on a color-by-color basis

- In this movie, we'll peel away the green-blue color cast from this image, in order to achieve these more accurate colors, here. And we'll do so by correcting the color balance of the photograph on a color-by-color basis, inside Camera Raw. Now, in the previous movie, we went ahead and opened this image as a Camera Raw Smart Object, here inside Photoshop. Which means that we can return to Camera Raw at any time we like, just by double-clicking the thumbnail for this layer, here inside the Layers panel, and that will bring up Camera Raw, as we're seeing here. Now, I'll press ctrl +, or cmd + on the Mac, in order to zoom in. And, as we've done in the past, I'll go ahead and select the White Balance Tool, up here in the horizontal tool bar, and I'll click on a color that should be natural, such as these white lines in between the scales on the turtle's face. Now as you can see, that does make those lines neutral. In other words, they are neutral shades of gray. However, it really does a…
