…In the previous movie we looked at a technique…which allowed us to colorize this photograph by using…a black and white adjustment and then a color…balance adjustment layer with a blending mode of soft light.…With this movie I want to show you yet another…way that you can customize the colorization of your photographs.…And that's by using a hue saturation adjustment layer.…So for now let's go ahead and turn off these…visibility off all of these layers, everything except for the…background layer.…In order to perform this technique, we'll start…off by converting the image to black and white.…
So, we'll turn on the visibility of this layer.…And then next what we're going to do, is…we're going to create a hue saturation adjustment layer.…Click on the hue saturation icon, which you'll find in the adjustments panel.…Then we'll go ahead and select colorize.…Now when we select colorize, we can…customize the color by changing the overall hue.…Here, let's say…perhaps we want to go with a cool tone.…And then we can of course change the overall saturation.…
