Change brush size while you're working
- [Instructor] When you're painting with the brush tool or working with any tool that has a brush tip, you'll need to change the size and hardness of the brush tip often, and it's most efficient to do that right on the canvas. Select the brush tool, but keep in mind that this technique works with any tool that has a brush tip, even something like the quick selection tool. For this example, go to the options bar and set the blending mode for the brush to multiply so you'll be able to see the sketch lines through the brush strokes. Pick a color from the swatches panel. I've already got pink as my foreground color. And here's the technique. Move into the image and hold down the control and option keys on the Mac and click and hold your mouse or other input device. Keep your finger held down. By the way, if you're on Windows, hold the alt key and right-click. With your finger down, you'll see the red heads up display…
