- [Tony] Hi there, and welcome to this week's "Design Tools Weekly" with me, Tony Harmer. And what I'd like to ask you is: Are you sitting comfortably? Well, I am involved in some live streams about two to three times a week with all different sorts of people. And increasingly I see people sitting in these wicked cool gaming-style chairs like so. Are they the best thing to sit in all day? Bearing in mind that pretty much all of us are sat down for long periods and we really should be looking after ourselves more in that particular area, as in the lower back and your bum. So buying a seat is not as straightforward as it seems because there are chairs which call themselves office chairs. To my mind, they should probably be called office-style chairs because they're not really designed for you to sit in them all day. When you are looking out for a chair, what you want to look out for are several points of adjustment…
