Now we can apply the blur a number of different ways.…We could convert this layer to smart object layer and…convert and apply the blur as a smart object,.…Or we can just apply it to layer itself,…which is what I'm going to do here in order to try to keep things simple.…So let's navigate to our Filter pull down menu, and here we're going to choose Blur.…And then we're going to navigate to Radial Blur, which we've seen previously.…
