- [Instructor] All right, let's continue our conversation about black and white workflow working with Lightroom. Now Ashley, who is pictured here, was kind enough to take part in my natural light portraiture course. And I want to work with these images that we captured during that course and convert them to black-and-white. And along the way, I want to share with you a couple more workflow tips and one advanced workflow tip which involves a shortcut, which is helpful when you're working with black-and-white. Well, you can see here that the first three images of this set were captured in the same lighting scenario. And if you have images like that, what you can do is you can click on them, even before you begin, just make those selections. Then go over to the area in the develop module, underneath all of our panels where we have the sync button. Now rather than clicking on the sync dot dot dot, what we're going to do is we're going to flip the switch. That changes the button to auto…
