…If you do a lot of web design…inside Photoshop you're going to love this next feature.…Its the Adobe Generator and at its most basic what it does is it…automatically generates web images assets, that is to say GIF, JPG, and PNG files.…And all you need to do is assign file names…to your layers and groups here inside the layers panel.…Photoshop does the rest.…I'm looking at a design from fellow lynda.com trainer, Justin…Seeley, who does our Photoshop for the Web course.…And if you're working along with me, the first thing you need to do…is go to the file menu, choose…generate and then notice this command, image assets.…
By default, it's turned off.…So, if it does not have a checkmark in front of it, as it does not…for me, you want to go ahead and…choose that command and that'll turn the feature on.…And we can see that it's on because I can go…to the File menu, choose Generate and now we've got that checkmark.…Now all we need to do is rename some layers.…So for example, let's say I want to save…out a JPG version of this red pizza background layer.…
