Once we have the offset defined, we’ll need to make an adjustment to the lighting in the image. First, add a Levels adjustment layer in the Layers panel. Each adjustment layer gets it’s own layer mask, so we’ll use this to define a gradient along the seam of the offset. This gradient will allow us to apply the adjustment to only a portion of the image, since the right and left edges are already matched based on the offset filter.
