Adding motion to text, or any other layer

- [Instructor] In this movie, I'll show you how to add motion to your text. This works with any stationary layer, by the way. It could be a pixel-based layer, a smart object, what have you. I'm going to start by scrolling back to the beginning of the movie here, to this title, Four Elements of a Perfect Evening. Then, I'll right-click on this layer to select it. I'll switch from No Motion to, let's say, Pan and Zoom. Now you don't want to resize the item to fill the entire canvas, 'cause that's going to make it gargantuan. Instead, you just want to decide if you're zooming in or out. Let's say we're zooming in. Then you want to decide what direction you're panning. I'm just going to set it to, let's say, 20 degrees, so it goes slightly up and to the right. Now to see what that looks like, I'll just scrub through the movie like so. So you can see now that we have a kind of zoom and pan going where the text is concerned. But what if you want to have a little more control than that? What…
