Accessing a gradient map in Photoshop

- A gradient map is just as easy as any other adjustment layer. What's important though is that you load an additional gradient that gives you the look that you want. Let me show you how. In Photoshop, I'll choose to open up some images here. Let's grab an image here from street photography. And a landscape shot, and I'll click Open. Feel free to adjust these images any way you'd like inside of Adobe camera roll. I'm happy with both of them, so I'll select both images and click Open Objects. From the Adjustments panel, take a look for gradient map. It'll be just below the color lookup option and it's available with one click here in the bottom row. By default, a gradient map will be applied. Let's reset this list here to the default gradients. These default gradients are typically going to give you a list of other options, and you can quickly apply those with one click. You can change the view of that by changing this pop-up list here.
