A striking element of the White Walkers from Game of Thrones is their glowing blue eyes. Author George R. R. Martin described them as “deeper and bluer than any human eyes, a blue that burned like ice.” But as Deke sees it, those eyes are ultimately a combination of a Smart Object, the Add Noise and Gaussian Blur filters, a Levels adjustment layer, and the Color Overlay and Outer Glow effects. With a layer mask thrown in for good measure. But you be the judge.
