660 Adding lines to your snowflake pattern

- [Instructor] In this movie we're going to take that…snowflake pattern that we began here inside Illustrator…and we're going to add a bunch of additional lines in…order to round things out, and then we'll rotate the…pattern in 3D space.…All right, let's start things off by turning back on…the guides layer here inside the layers panel.…Make sure you're working on the snowflake layer,…if you're working along with me, and then go ahead…and grab the Line Segment tool, which you can select…from the line tool fly-out menu.…We're looking for a stroke color of white, a line weight…of eight points, and if you click on the word Stroke,…you want to confirm that your cap is set to round cap.…

Then go up to the View menu and make sure that your smart…guides are turned on.…In my case, they are.…All right, now you want to go up here to the 10th tick…bar, it's this guy right here, and you want to click,…in order to bring up the Line Tool dialogue box.…We're looking for a length value of 90 points and…an angle of 150 degrees, to match the three lines below.…
