- [Voiceover] In this movie, I'll show you how…to record an action that will convert any selection outline…to a marching ants pattern here inside Photoshop.…So the first step is to create a selection.…This part you don't record, because after all,…every selection outline is gonna be different.…Now we could do that with one of the selection tools,…but I've already created a selection in advance,…so I'll go up to the Select menu and choose…Load Selection, and then I'll change the Channel to Ground,…and click OK.…Alright now it's time to convert the selection to…a marching ants pattern, and that part we are gonna record.…
So go up to the Window menu and choose the Actions command,…to bring up the Actions panel.…Go ahead and twirl closed the default actions,…and let's create our own new action set…by clicking on this little folder icon at the bottom…of the Actions panel, and I'll go ahead and name this guy…Screen Shots, because it's very possible you'll want…to create additional actions.…And then I'll click OK.…
