411 Blending spot colors inside a logo

- In this movie, I'll show you…how to blend different spot colors…with each other inside Photoshop.…To achieve, essentially, more color.…For example, we're going to create…this variation on our logo, using nothing more…than those original three spot colors.…So, let me show you what I've done here.…I've gone ahead and merged some of…the sky into this black channel,…and that way, when I overprint the PANTONE 285 ink,…we get a lot more shading in this top region of space.…You can also see that I've brought in…some gradient shading down here at the bottom…inside of this PANTONE 285 ink.…

That is now mixing in with the PANTONE 3252…in order to create a richer gradient.…And, in fact, I've modified every single one…of these channels.…So, let me show you how it works.…I'll go ahead and switch over to my image so far,…and what we need to do is bring in…some more details from that original RGB image.…So, I'll go ahead and switch over to that image right here,…and that's the large composition…that we saw in the previous movie.…
