344 Creating a golden 3D ring in Illustrator

- Hey gang, this is Deke McClelland, welcome…to Deke's Techniques.…Today is a two-parter.…I'm going to start things off by showing you…how to create this golden ring using…the 3d revolve command in Adobe Illustrator,…and then in the next movie, we'll wrap…these elven runes around the object to create…one of the most famous rings in the fictional world.…Here, let me show you exactly how it works.…Alright here's the final version of the ring…exported to a .tif file so we're actually…looking at it inside Photoshop, and the only reason…we're doing that is because it looks best that way.…
