Signing in to Photoshop Sketch
- [Instructor] When you first open Photoshop Sketch this is the screen you'll be greeted with. Well, actually it's four screens giving you a flavor of what the application is about. There's a screen showing a movie of someone using the app, as you can see here, then if you swipe to the left there's a little bit more about the tools, and you can even try them out, clear the workspace and try again with the three tools that are just here to get an idea of how easy they are to use. Next you've got a little bit about connected Creative Cloud, and then there's a bit about social networking. From Photoshop Sketch you can push your projects or your works in progress out to Behance, Facebook, and or Twitter. And that's a great way to get feedback from your friends and creative peers or to promote your work. You'll need to sign in with a valid Adobe ID to use the application. If you don't have one it takes just two minutes to sign up. You can simply tap the blue Get free Adobe ID button, complete a very short form, and then you're ready to go. An Adobe ID does give you access to loads of other services as well, so it is something that's really worth having, and of course, if you've already got Creative Cloud then the chances are you've got one anyway. But once you have got an ID you can simply tap Sign-in with Adobe ID, and then you can sign in with your email address, like so, add your password. Once you're signed in for the first time this is what you should be greeted with. So a range of formats that you can choose from to get started and some other things besides. If you've already been using the application then you're more likely to get a view like this, showing all of the projects that you've been working on. Well we'll dig a little bit deeper into this screen in the next movie.
