- [Instructor] Everybody wants to share their photos on Facebook, so it stands to reason that the Elements Organizer 2018 makes it super easy to share your photos on Facebook with a click of a button. In this video I'm going to show you how to set up the connection to your Facebook account and share your photos on Facebook directly from within the Elements Organizer. Let me show you how. So I'm beginning here in the Elements Organizer, and basically what I want to do is select the photo or photos that I want to share, so I'm going to go ahead and scroll down here, and I think I'd like to share this one of my daughter that I took on a nice sunny day.
So I'm going to select that image, and then I'll come up to the share button and I'm going to choose Facebook. Now this is where you're going to be asked to authenticate to Facebook, so I'm going to go ahead and type in my credentials, and then I'll go ahead and type in my password, and I'm going to click the log in button. And it says thank you very much, and now I'm logged in with my account that you can see up here in the upper right corner, and I can choose how I want to share this.
I can share it on my timeline or to an album, if I wish, and then I can also choose to make it public or only to me. So I have no problems making this public, and then what I can do is, in the lower left hand corner, if I want to, I can tag people in here, and I can also tag the location if I wish. And so what I may actually do in this case, I'm actually going to make this so that only I can see it. And then I'm going to go ahead and click the share button, and it has now uploaded this file and posted it on Facebook.
So basically, I can just go ahead and click the done button or I can visit my page on Facebook. So I'm going to go ahead and click visit Facebook, and it's going to go to my Facebook account and want me to log in again, and you can see that right here is my post on my Facebook page. And so you can see how easy that was to do. I'm just going to go ahead and jump back to the Elements Organizer, and I should point out that this process that we just performed is essentially the same thing for Twitter and Flickr, as well.
So at the end of the day, you simply need to authenticate with your account credentials, and then you can just kind of post to Facebook, Flickr, or Twitter, as well. So now you can share these great photos that you've taken with any of these social media accounts, for that matter, and you can do it directly from within the Elements Organizer 2018.
