Creating a motion path across your photos is very simple using the Premiere Elements Pan and Zoom Tool. Set an opening and closing frame and the program creates the animation in between!
- [Teacher] The pan and zoom tool is one of several way in…premiere elements to create what professionals…call the ken burns effect.…That's the panning and zooming over a photo to make your…slide show seem to come alive.…Now in version 15 Adobe has added face recognition…technology to this tool to make the process…even more automatic.…Let's take a look at it but before we do let's go to my…time line here and if I right click on any of my photos you…may notice that if I select properties…my photos are down res.…They're not the same size as they were when they came from…the camera, I brought them down to…2,000 by 1600 pixels in size.…
Now that's just a little larger then the video frame, right…now we're working on a 1,280 by 720 project so 2,000 by…1,600, just a little bit bigger.…The reason I do that is that the more you down res your…picture to video resolution the more efficiently the program…will operate, if you put a huge picture in there, right out…of a ten mega pixel camera, and you drop it on your time…
