Premiere Elements 15 includes a number of tools and templates for adding text and creating interesting titles for your movies. The templates include main titles, lower thirds and even credits that roll up the screen!
- [Instructor] Titles can help you tell your story.…A few words on the screen…can help clarify a scene, or identify a person,…or they can simply give credit where credit is due.…Now Premiere Elements comes with dozens of templates…that you can use to add titles to your movie,…each of which is fully editable and customizable.…And by the way, you don't need to use a template.…If you'd like, there's also a generic way…to add a title to your movie.…Just go up to the top of the program here,…under the text menu,…and you'll see you have New Text.…You can create regular, just standard generic text.…
You can create a default role,…where the credit roles up the screen.…A default crawl,…where it goes from left to right, or right to left.…And it would just add it directly to your timeline,…and you can customize it all you want.…That's most often what I do.…Especially when it's just basic text…like a subtitle, or I'm identifying somebody on screen.…But if you'd like to use the templates,…go over to the toolbar here on the right,…
