- I'm a big fan of working non-destructively.…This means that the changes you make to an image…can be undone at a later time.…Maybe you go to print the image and you realize…that you overdid things, like the contrast.…Or perhaps you made a black-and-white photo…and suddenly find yourself needing a colored version.…Well, there are several ways to work non-destructively…inside of Photos for OS X.…Let's start with the first one, which is quite easy.…Just making a copy.…If you're working with an image, you might find…that you've already adjusted an image to your liking.…
For example, let's take this photo here.…I'll double-click and open it up, and I'm just working…with this photo of an iguana…here from our Curaçao collection.…Well, let's just go into editing mode for a second…and make a couple of quick adjustments.…I'll click the "Enhance" button, and I'll go to "Filters"…and simply pop that with a chrome filter.…Now, we're gonna explore all of these a bit later,…but maybe you've made that version…and now you decide you'd really like to make another one.…
