- There's a couple of changes you can make…to the user interface to make it easier to determine…which type of files you're using.…Now, earlier, I referenced the distinction…between JPEG and RAW.…These are really the big dividing lines.…But different types of cameras capture…different types of RAW files, and sometimes you might have…both a JPEG and a RAW from the same camera.…Let me show you how you can take better control…of understanding which image you're working with.…In this case, I like to choose View, Show Sidebar.…You'll notice that this makes it very easy…to switch between the different albums,…as well as see those images we marked as favorites.…
They quickly get sorted in,…and it makes it much easier to jump in for those files.…Additionally, as we're working,…if we roll over an image here,…you'll occasionally see badges.…In this case, there is the normal image,…and then there's the HDR image that was captured.…This little HDR badge indicates…that it was a bracketed photo or High Dynamic Range.…Several shots were taken to then merge together…
