If your lynda.com membership includes it, you'll find an extensive collection of image files, to help you explore Photomatix. Now, these are my personal images from traveling around the world. And I shot them in different situations, to help illustrate some of the features of the software. Most of these are images that you would see in a professional portfolio. Some of 'em are very personal to me. I've picked them, hand picked in fact, just to make them show off the different ways of using this tool. So in some cases, I've shot things a bit differently than my normal shooting style.
These are yours to use for purposes of this class, so feel free to explore these images. Really get your hands on and try them out. I do ask when the class is over, that you please discard of these images. These are my personal images that are copyrighted images, and while you are free to use them for educational purposes, I kindly ask that you don't use them in any other situation, such as your portfolio or posting online. Alright, if you don't have access to the lynda.com membership files, no big deal. Just grab some of your own HDR photographs and follow along.
Let's go ahead and jump in, and start to explore the software.
