To start I'll right-click and convert to a smart object.…This is available in Photoshop CC.…If you're not using Photoshop CC, you could take advantage of other filters…and use smart objects, or send the image on in to something like Lightroom.…Now that it's converted,…I will run camera raw as a filter.…To make this the most accurate noise reduction, I recommend viewing at 100%.…Hold down the space bar to get the hand tool, and drag over to where the noise is.…
