Using Adobe Bridge for renaming

- Long before there was Lightroom Adobe made a file browsing application called Bridge. For a lot of people this was the start of their photo workload, because it provides a very easy way to navigate folders, apply keywords, do EXIF metadata searches, and lots of other things. Bridge was never intended to be only a photo workflow tool. Bridge was released as part of Adobe's suite of applications. It's a great asset manager if you're doing work in InDesign, Adobe's page layout software, or Dreamweaver, Adobe's web design software. Bridge was kind of put on hold for a while, but Adobe has started development of it again. If you are a Creative Cloud subscriber you can install Bridge along with all of your other apps. And I believe that you get it even if you only have the photographer bundle. Now my photo workflow is built out of Lightroom, but there is still a lot of times I use Bridge.
