Understanding sync
- With Lightroom CC, there are a lot of options for syncing your files, both to the cloud and across multiple devices. Plus, you need to make some decisions about local storage. Where are you going to back those files up? On a laptop, on a external drive, connected to your desktop? Now, there are a lot of choices to make, so I want to walk you through these and also let you in on some different benefits that you might not know about that give you increased flexibility. Now that it's downloaded, let's launch Lightroom CC, the new version of Lightroom. Now, once you launch, you'll notice that there might be some photos automatically included. This is because it's going to tend to start syncing automatically with your Creative Cloud folder. Now, I've got syncing currently paused, but if we resume this, it's going to have several different assets available. You can see these over here in the photos list.
