Now that you have an understanding of the essential buttons, features, and controls on your Sony mirrorless camera, you can take a deeper look at the controls found on your camera. In this video, author Richard Harrington walks you through how to shoot images with Live View with your Sony mirrorless camera.
- On the back of your camera is a live view panel.…Now, normally it is flush against the back of the camera,…but it does articulate.…This allows you to tilt it upwards…or even pull it out a little bit so it's easier to see,…and this can be useful for different styles of shooting.…Now, as we take a look at this here,…it's giving us a lot of the same information…that we'd see inside the viewfinder here.…However, maybe you don't want to have…the camera right up to your eye.…Maybe you're walking with the camera…or you're framing up a shot creatively.…
The same information is going to be displayed on the panel.…And this is a touch screen.…Now you may notice that we have…the grid overlay appearing there…so that could be quite useful.…And if I press the display button here,…it's going to cycle through different types of information.…In this case, for example, we have our histogram data.…Now I'm seeing some exposure information here on the camera.…What I'm going to do is dial things down just a little bit…and those zebra bars start to go away…
