- Hi everyone, welcome to a new episode…of Photo Critique of the Week.…My name is Steve Simon, the passionate photographer…and in this episode, we're going to…talk a little bit about patience.…Patience is really important to me and photography,…because I know from experience…that if I'm going to be patient when I'm at a particular scene…that's got great visual potential,…it's going to yield stronger pictures.…Patience pays off in photography…and I'm about to make my point here.…So, let's take a look.…
Doesn't matter the genre,…whether you're a landscape photographer…who's waiting for the lights,…or a street photographer who's waiting for some action…on the streets, by being patient,…in my experience, you end up with stronger images…and I'm just going to show you…this quick little series as an example.…We're in Havana and this is a street in Havana,…and of course I'm attracted to the color often in Havana,…although I do know that Havana…can look very, very powerful…and beautiful in black and white as well.…
