- Hey everybody, Sean here, and I've been exploring the area around Sedona, Arizona, recently. And I've just been loving the beautiful desert landscapes. Found a lot of great subject matter for photography, but also some challenges too. And one of those challenges has been how to capture these vast, majestic landscapes using only a camera phone. So that's the topic for this week, I'm going to share some tips and techniques for getting better landscape photography with your camera phone. So for me it's kind of a two-pronged approach. One is, I try not to think of my smartphone as a smartphone, I try to think of it as a regular camera. 'Cause if you think of it as a regular camera, you'll start to use it like a regular camera. Next, be aware of the limitations of your camera phone. All cameras are going to have limitations, they're going to do some things better than others. Smartphones particularly so.
