- [Narrator] There are two additional types of enhanced usage agreements. Rights-managed and exclusive usage. Both are an additional cost above your standard or extended agreements. Most sites will have these costs posted but require a quote based on your specific needs. Let's start with rights-managed. Rights-managed images are purchased with explicit limitations for their usage. Each agreement is unique, and can come down to the location of said usage, known as geographic limitations, duration or expiration of usage rights, or the number of usage impressions for print or web. An example of rights-managed is you can be limited from using stock photos with a particular image because another local company has licensed those images. Limiting usage prevents overlapping advertising and overlapping markets. Rights-managed really ever means usage in perpetuity.
