Join Paul Taggart for an in-depth discussion in this video Documenting the end of day one at the ice sculpting event, part of Shooting a Photo Essay: Documenting an Event.
- [Paul] Once I finished my meeting with Heather inside…going over the schedule,…it was time to head outside to where the kids were.…It's a good thing that we headed out…because the students were already arriving.…They were excited to start sculpting their projects,…just as excited as I was to start photographing them.…- Alright so, ladies and gentlemen,…this is Paul Taggart, he's going to be here filming this week…and he wants to show the world how ice carving is done.…He'll be covering this event…and so you're welcome to talk to him…and just know that he's the one I was telling you about.…
Sound good to you?…- Good luck, guys.…So I'm going to be coming around, taking your picture,…and if anybody doesn't want their picture taken,…just let me know.…But over the next couple of days,…I'll be stopping in and checking out your cool sculptures…so I'm super excited.…Heather did me a favor and introduced me…to all the young artists, which was great,…I mean, whenever you have like an…on-the-ground point person…that can do all your introductions for you…
