Chapter introduction

- For this chapter, we'll be focusing on two primary products. We're gonna start with food, and then move to jewelry. Food photography, as you can imagine, has its own set of challenges. You want that food to look, not only good, but delicious. There's a lot that can go into that. Now, the lessons that we'll learn for food photography will also apply to pretty much anything tabletop-sized, and in fact, it's not just about tabletop-sized photography. Every idea that we discuss here can scale, whether you're shooting something a little bit bigger than what fits on the table here, or something even bigger still like a piece of furniture. All the lighting, props, set design, camera angle tips that we learned, all apply no matter what size your product is, so just because we're only focusing on something a little bit smaller here, don't let that dissuade you. Take the same ideas and just grow them. We are gonna focus as well on something really small, though, and that's jewelry…
