Reviewing the sunset images from Lake Wanaka

- I was very fortunate to witness a beautiful sunset at the willow tree on Lake Wanaka. And it went exactly as I had hoped, we had that beautiful gold, into the orange, and into the colors of pink. So let's take a look at the three images. I picked one out from each of those stages. This first one here, you can see those clouds starting to yellow up, and for this particular image, I asked permission from our line of photographers, I said, can I get 60 seconds, I want to grab something, and they were very courteous to let me go do that. And then in the following images I had to step back and zoom in. So this image was taken at 10 millimeters on a crop sensor, which is 15 mil equivalent on a full frame. Then I stepped back, joined the line, zoomed in to 24, and was able to get the tree without the, kind of the rocky shore that wasn't as attractive. And now we can see those clouds start to move to an orange. And then finally, I went wider, I went back to 15 mil, and I got a little bit of…
