- So we've been talking a lot about how to be professional, how to setup your business, how to have policies, etc., that are going to keep you in good relationships with your clients and man, everything's going to be great. We're going to ride to our shoots on unicorns and our clients are going to give us flowers every time. It's going to terrific, right? Now the reality is, sometimes you're going to end up in a fight. It's definitely better to talk all these things through first, try to stay out of trouble, but you are going to end up in trouble at some point. And so I'm going to start this section off talking about ways to get through those fights because the adage about if you get into a fight with a client and you lose the fight, you lose, and if you win the fight with your client, you're going to lose that as well.
