You are young and strong and that is a good thing, for what I'm about to tell you will make you feel old and weak. That's the beginning of a rejection letter my friend got early in his career as a photographer. And I said that because I brought you out into the woods to give you a little bit of straight talk. I'm going to talk to the people right now that are planning on becoming a professional travel photographer. Here's what I'm going to say. You're not going to be a professional travel photographer. They almost don't exist anymore. And the reason is, there are a bazillion cameras all around the world, and like, literally, like a billion people with cameras. And they're, they're spread around the world, and they all have internet access. And, the thing is, it doesn't pay to send a photographer around the world to shoot pictures for travel magazines, for the most part. Now maybe one of you will. Maybe two of you will.
