- So I've been to Dubai maybe half dozen times and I've never actually gotten a shot of the entire city and this is something we really want to do this week, so, we got in a cab from the hotel and we took a ride down to the 51st Street area of Jumeirah Beach. It's a public beach, anybody can go on it, and in that area there is this little jetty that goes out and you can walk out and you've got a gorgeous view of the city, so I'm told, so that's where we're headed and I really hope to see something cool. I've never been here so I don't really know what to expect. I've seen some amazing pictures and I hope mine's gonna look good too. Speaking of great pictures, the local photographer we met, one of two actually, Daniel Chong, co-descended this site, and many thanks to him. I've seen pictures from here, I didn't know exactly where they were taken totally worth the effort. So to get here you want to walk across the beach and go up to the little jetty area and as you're walking out here…
