- Okay, we're back from Top of the Rock and I've got kind of a cool selection of pictures that I'm pretty happy with. And I'm gonna tell you right off. Here's the first picture that we saw when we got right to the top. And this is a very delicate, subtle picture. And it's telling me that I should of gotten there earlier. I would of liked to have shot through this instead of running to the overlook and shooting that airy sunset light coming across there. We got here an hour before sun was scheduled to set. That's when our ticket was booked. So I'm going to suggest to you is maybe you aim for 90 minutes to two hours before sunset. Just in case the line is long as ours was on this day. So give yourself a little room to spare. A couple of things about this picture. Number one, notice that I'm shooting with a really wide lens. It's the Fuji 10-24. And number two, notice how straight my lines are. My verticals. I haven't done these in Photoshop. This was right out of the camera. So what I'm…
