When you're shooting a really fibrous craft, something soft and fuzzy like this knitted baby cap, you have a couple of options as far as how you want to shoot it. And right now, I'm going to show you a quick tip to really bring out the fibers and show off the texture of the hat. And one way to do that is by lighting it from the side. You can also light it from the top. The same thing is going to happen. But as we do that, you can see that within this ribbed hat, every single ribbing, every single knit stitch I've got here is casting its own individual shadow. And that's going to really pop out on my camera. In fact, I'm going to take a picture of this and just make sureSOUND I like it. I do. You know, one other thing about bringing out the the fibers here. This craft is orange, it's got some white in it, some light colors, so I opted to shoot it on a black background. And if I wanted to get in really close and get a nice detail shot of this, I would be able to see all those fibers in…
